Even though the food that the bloggers write about sound delicious and health, it is possible that it can be a whole lie. What do i mean when i say lie? i mean that when food bloggers post about “new healthy food” its not always healthy.  Just because they say it is healthy doesn’t mean that it is. Therefore it is always good to do the work and search up the Calories, calories from fat, or even fiber to sugar. Without proof that the food they are making is healthy, they could be lying. So doing the work by searching up what is in the items is always a benefit. Another way food bloggers could fool the reader is with Click Bait. When food blogger use titles like this “Best Healthy Food Ingredients That Taste Amazing” could be the worst thing for you. On the other hand, I’m not saying all food bloggers don’t know what there talking about but usually they don’t know what they are talking about because they are just trying to convince the reader that the food she is talking about is that great. Talking more about the “trustworthy foods”, Foodbloggers are saying that if a third grader can’t pronounce it, its not healthy. This is complete BS. Just because a third grader can’t pronounce the name of the food being consumed doesn’t mean you can’t eat it. As a result, you have to be careful from where you get your information about foodblfoggers.
